Sales/ Estimator
Responsibilities
- Prepare, present and communicate sales to clients on a regular basis.
- Assess customers needs and guide customers decisions.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, business plans, and pricing proposals for management as required.
- Attain/exceed sales quotas.
- Resolve customers concerns and deliver a high level of customer service.
- Attend and participate in various trade shows.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction sales.
Essential Qualifications
- Hold a college diploma or undergraduate degree specializing in Engineering/Construction or between 5-7 years of construction or field experience.
- Possess extensive communication skills with the ability to communicate through all levels (management, teammates, field contractors).
- Have superior Negotiation skills
